WHY OTHER CONTRACTORS DID NOT START ON BRADEN'S HOUSE.

The company later learns from the roofing contractor that her roof was not due to ice-damming but too old worn-out shingles and planks too far apart.

The CBC news did not show what was done to date! Photos they showed were taken in the early stages of the renovation and did not show the bathroom that was boarded and taped ready for paint, the shower installed, ¾” plumbing roughed in, new base & subfloor.

But what they did show you were a step ladder and dusty paint cans, as well as all the other stuff belonging to only Janice Braden, and all of this was stored in her laundry area in the basement, full of dust that they dusted off and brought it upstairs to exploit the story to her benefit.

CBC talked about all the cabinets as if they were part of the insurance claim. The only thing that was part of the insurance was 4 feet long Formica top, which was getting replaced at the time CBC took the picture because it was damaged in shipping and was waiting to be installed later on, which leads the public to believe that the photos were taken after the company was gone. Once again, an outright misrepresentation of CBC News.
