WHY OTHER CONTRACTORS DID NOT START ON BRADEN'S HOUSE.
The company was demanding payment from Braden for partial insurance payment installments on work completed for the insurance and her share. Still, she delayed the cost because she did not have her share of the money for the renovation, so she was delaying for a reason.
The only things that were insured were part of the ceiling in the kitchen, dining area, part of the countertop, a small 4' x 3' part of the ceiling in the bathroom, and the South wall in the attic was insurance claim only. Due to water leaking in during an overly warm day that went in the teens and leaks on the walls and ceiling of the kitchen and dining area, we had to redo those areas from scratch.
CBC News purposely left out Braden's work in her home, separate from the insurance claim. The company moved the kitchen plumbing with all-new 3/4" pec plumbing with a complete overhaul, and sink to the west wall, bathroom with new 3/4" plumbing, sinks and shower. The company stopped working on the project until we got paid for the completed work. CBC did not follow the specs correctly, or they did not report it properly. Why did CBC not mention to Braden or the public that if she paid out an insurance claim to the company and the work was not completed? Then is Braden not to blame? Is this not misrepresentation on behalf of Braden? Of course, at least, this is what she wants you to believe.
The company is with Canadian Safe and Trusted Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The Better Business Burial (BBB) had an A+ rating. We were providing quality service to Saskatchewan. See our National projects with McDonald's Restaurant in Saskatoon.
Braden Told me that Dave Anderchek and four other companies came to Braden's home before Braden called me. I asked her if you have four other Contractors, then why not have one of them do you're contracting for her? Braden had no answer to my comment. The other contractors knew that her house was far beyond easy repair, and since she had known of these contractors, mostly Andercheck, he does the lead work on the home, conflicts of interest, and tries to make himself look good.
Braden tries to ruin my life to get her house fixed for free.
Braden's roof was old and worn out, said the roofing contractor. "It did not have anything to do with ice-damming; it had to do with a worn-out roof." I had a licensed roofing contractor Turbo Roofing that I had used many times before, and I asked Turbo to come to take a look at the roof because I had suspected there was more going on than justice ice-damning.
Turbo Roofing came by and then, after inspecting the home, gave an estimate to repair the roof and asked me to pass it along to the homeowner. The estimate was for over $9,000. Dollars, Turbo found that the shingles were curling up and exposed the planks under the shingles with no barrier. The planks were 3/4" to 1" apart, so rain or snow would have leaked into the home. I knew this was happening because of all the work done to the kitchen & dining room. Water dripped back through the ceiling after renovating the kitchen and dining room. The roof leaked into the attic and then into the kitchen and dining room. This information was then passed to the SGI adjuster. I have all the documents to support my claims.
