Company's pictures of the progress of Braden's home.
98% not part of the insurance claim.
Permits taken out by electrician and Leah The Plumber, City & SaskPower. This is not part of the insurance claim on Braden's home.
CBC tried to tell the public that no permits where taken out, That was a lie, but typical of CBC news to pull!

It was wired in by A1 Electric. The Beam was removed and replaced with a built-up 2"x 10"beam. (The top left hand of the picture) Ninety-eight percent was not part of the insurance claim. All existing walls were out by 1 -1/2" up to 2" out top or bottom of walls. We had to level out the walls to accommodate the cabinet bases and top cabinets. The new subfloor was installed and screwed down to meet specs. The door facing the back was rebuilt entirely. If this looks like more than $20,000, you are not mistaken; it was closer to $70,000. And this had nothing to do with the Insurance claim. We did and did not get paid for Bradens personal project, and other contractors removed nothing—no sub-par work. We will build according to the customer's budget and what the insurance company allows. These magazines and JABA used this to support a cause we are all concerned about in the construction industry, but to unfairly say things, they had no idea what was happening at the time. and If they did than shame on them.
I have over 38 years of experience in commercial and residential, and never had to redo my work before, and not this time either, with a BBB A+ rating, so that's why the CBC story is full of bull! Before starting this job, we had finished a $50,000-dollar project and Renovation work at Mcdonald's restaurant on Attridge drive in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
Accused of breaking her home... Braden is full of crap, and she knows it. Janice Braden was on a shoestring budget, unemployed - broke and lied to a company that had money to complete her work, then lied and accused me of breaking her home. The look of the before pictures shows that it is not valid, and we put over 70,000. Dollars into her home. Did she care? No, she had to get out of her lie, so she did not have to pay the company, then create a bigger lie to the public saying her home was broken? I am seeking justice and asking the public to support me in bringing Braden and CBC news to justice for misleading. Braden is hiding behind the tax dollars we pay for, and the government gives CBC news to run. This flyby night 3rd class tabloid station needs to be accountable for what they say and do!
