Geoff Leo of the CBC had reported inaccurate information. In believing Janice Braden's house was broken by me as a contractor in Saskatoon!

Geoff Leo of the CBC had reported inaccurate information for a publicity campaign.

Misleading facts:
Geoff Leo of the CBC had reported inaccurate information in believing Janice Braden house was Broken by Brian Cooney as a Contractor in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

I was a project manager for a new construction business and just finished another job as a sub-trade for Mcdonald's Restaurant on Kenderdine Rd in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. CBC called us Flyby night companies, but flyby nights do not get national jobs, BBB, A plus rating, and over three decades in the business, as this misguided reporter claimed.
I believe reporters are responsible for reporting fairly, accurately, and following the story. NOTHING I SPOKE TO THIS REPORTER WAS AIRED OTHER THAN WE WOULD BE GOING TO COURT.

Then insult to injury, my comments and other people disagreeing with the story were removed from the CBC's website! After the report aired, it was also apparent that the home was staged to make it look like it was in shambles. The ladder and paints were in Braden's dirty, dusty basement in storage, then brought up to stage the home. Braden had broken several tiles as you came in the back door on the floor in the entranceway and told me about them. They were replaced the next day, but to my surprise, the picture CBC News showed the previous images that Janice Braden took when she broke the tiles, making it look like the company did not complete the work. Braden misled the public, and so did CBC News.

We have those pictures, and the tiles are not broken. Let's call it, as we see it, fraud. Braden will do anything to get out of paying her bills. We take pictures of every project we do before, during and after. It is our police to take photos of all work complete just for this reason that unscrupulous homeowners can't come back and say it is busted or broken to get out of paying their invoice. So, this shows the extent of how far they had taken this story. Come on, CBC; please bring this to court and see who will win. Geoff Leo is a fraud.

Attic pictures Before contractor started.

Braden and CBC, I- team mislead people to believe that contractor
did this to her attic, or Braden lied to CBC.
