Misleading facts: CBC News reported
Misleading facts: CBC News reported. The upstairs attic was left as a skeleton. Braden's attic had water damage from ice damming and needed to be redone. (CBC) (Janice Braden)

The company had no responsibility to Braden's attic other than a repaired south wall. The picture they show has nothing to do with me or the company. Geoff Leo of the CBC had reported inaccurate information and misled people into believing that the company made this mess. Geoff Leo is a disgrace to journalists.
This story was so one-sided by Geoff Leo from the CBC i-team. He had reported inaccurate information even after Leo called me by phone and spoke with me for over 40 minutes. Leo left out the whole conversation we had in the CBC report. It was apparent that Leo had no interest in what I had to say other than his legal formality on his part to call me. He would not have had a story if he had reported it fairly. Also, the company was with Canadian Safe and Trusted Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and Better business Burial (BBB) with an A+ rating. Janice Braden knew about us being with BBB, and if she had any problems, Braden could have gone to them to distribute any issues.

However, she knew she did not have a leg to stand on and then decided to bushwhack me with false claims. I was in contact with BBB because she failed to pay her invoices, and we knew this could be taken to court to collect money. She never once said anything to me or our sub-trades that she was not pleased with the work. She complimented us all the time.

During our conversation with Geoff Leo, the floor, and cabinets, were not part of the insurance claim neither were the walls, electrical, or plumbing in the kitchen that we moved for Braden to the West wall.
